Once you’re accepted, your journey begins with Converge, a small-group orientation designed to help you connect, get grounded in our culture, and set intentions for your first 90 days.
From there, you’ll get to explore the full landscape of Movi: Salon Dinners, Mosaic Series, Collisions, and a Nucleus Group for deeper peer support. New Converge cohorts launch each month, so you’ll step in alongside others who are just beginning as well.

If curiosity is a big part of you, you'll find yourself in good company in the Movi Collective. Here are answers to a few questions, but feel free to contact us if you have more.
Movi is for people who have achieved enough to know that achievement alone is not the answer. People who are still genuinely curious—about their work, their lives, the world, and what comes next. Who want to grow alongside others who take that question as seriously as they do. If you’re curious, generous, and open to building meaningful connections, you’ll likely feel at home here.
We don’t select based solely on status, titles, or credentials. Instead, we look for excitement to engage and align with our values: curiosity, generosity, an appreciation for collective intelligence, an optimism that turns obstacles into opportunities, and a willingness to grow through vulnerability. We seek members who bring unique perspectives, show care for others, and want to co-create rather than just consume.
After you fill out the interest form, we'll invite you to a short informational call where you can ask us anything and get a feel for whether Movi is the right fit. Then, the process begins with a short written application where we get to know you, your story, what excites you, and how you show up for others. Select applicants are invited to a conversational interview with a Movi Ambassador or team member, designed to feel like a genuine exchange rather than a test. If you do not have a referral from an existing member, you will need to complete two conversational interviews. After our conversation(s), the team will carefully and holistically review your application. From start to finish, the process usually takes about six to nine weeks.
A referral isn’t required to apply. If you don’t have one, you’ll simply have two getting-to-know-you conversations instead of one; so we can get a full sense of who you are and what you’re looking for. This extra step helps ensure the same level of connection and alignment that referred applicants receive.
You’ll begin your journey with a Converge cohort: a small group orientation where you connect with other new members, share goals, and get grounded in the culture of the community. From there, you can step into Nucleus Groups, Salon Dinners, Mosaic Series, Guilds, and more. We’ll be by your side to make sure you make the most of your membership.
Movi is a high-engagement community, not a passive network. Members are expected to:
Join a Converge call before entering
Participate in at least one Salon Dinner and one Mosaic session per quarter
Attend all Nucleus Group meetings (if you join one)
Engage on the Movi platform with reciprocity and generosity
Show up if you RSVP; repeated no-shows may affect membership
Most professional networks are built around a single identity—founders only, executives only, one industry, one generation. Movi is built around a different premise: that the most valuable insights emerge at the intersection of different perspectives, disciplines, and life stages.
Also, we are not transactional. Relationships here form through shared curiosity and contribution, not deal-making.
And unlike environments built on performance and polished positioning, Movi creates the conditions for honest conversation—the kind that actually changes how you think.
Movi membership costs are comparable with other networks and groups. Some members pay for their membership with their company's learning and development benefit, others pay for it personally. If you apply and we mutually feel like this is a great fit but you can't afford it or don't have a corporate benefit, we have fellowships available. Exact details of our options are available once you fill out the interest form.
Usually, yes. Many organizations see Movi as professional development and leadership support. We can provide materials to help you make the case to your employer.
Life happens. We ask that members communicate if their circumstances change. Because Movi thrives on participation, ongoing inactivity may result in a membership pause or cancellation.
