Why Feeling Like an Outsider Can Be a Strength

Kian Beyzavi shared somewhat of a hot take during yesterday’s Mosaic Series: feeling like an outsider is a good thing.
I don’t always have an easy time being an outsider, whether that's being an expat, or working in a field I wasn't formally trained in. Kian really opened my eyes to how being an outsider liberates you from conventions or beliefs that are worth examining.
